Used 400MM PVC Pipe Extrusion Line Under Renovation

Recently, Qingdao CENTRE Machinery Co., Ltd. is working on a used PVC pipe extrusion line for our customer in Algeria. We are upgrading this second-hand machine to give it a new life and offer great value to our client. The project is moving forward smoothly.

Our team has completely taken the line apart to check every part. We found some heavily worn pieces and replaced them with new ones. This makes sure the machine will work perfectly and last a long time.

Right now, we have finished repainting the frames for the extruder, vacuum tank, hauler, and cutter. The machine looks great! We are currently cleaning and testing the remaining parts to get everything ready for assembly.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We will keep sharing photos and videos of the progress with our Algerian customer. We want them to see the updates in real-time and feel confident about their new equipment.
