Tested Refurbished Used 110mm PE Pipe Extrusion Line

Recently, Qingdao CENTRE Machinery Co.,Ltd completed a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade of a used PE pipe extrusion line. Following rigorous pre-shipment testing, the machinery demonstrated excellent performance and is now ready to be shipped to Saudi Arabia.

After the refurbishment, the extrusion line looks as good as new. It is equipped with four high-precision extruders: two for the main PE pipe extrusion and two for the simultaneous co-extrusion of marker lines, showcasing outstanding process precision and operational stability.

During the test run, the four extruders operated seamlessly, producing perfectly formed pipes with clear and precisely positioned marker lines. Continuous testing confirmed that all parameters met the design requirements, making the trial run a complete success.
