Refurbishing Used PE Pipe Extrusion Machine

Qingdao CENTRE Machinery Co., Ltd. has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a second hand PE pipe extrusion line for our overseas client. The technical team has thoroughly restored the machinery to ensure optimal performance and high-standard operation.

During the refurbishment, we strictly followed factory-level standards. The entire line was completely cleaned and inspected, with all heavily worn parts replaced with brand-new ones. Additionally, the molds were carefully polished and chrome-plated to guarantee durability and precision in pipe forming.

Our senior electrical engineers are currently conducting strict electrical system tests to prevent any potential issues during cross-border operation. After testing, we will run a full material trial and connect with the client via live video. This allows the client to witness the machinery in action and the final product quality directly, ensuring a transparent delivery.
