Recently, Qingdao Centre Machinery Co., Ltd. has customized and refurbished a second-hand PE pipe extrusion production line for overseas customers. The entire machine assembly, debugging, and full line testing have been successfully completed, and all operating parameters have been stable and met the standards. The overall performance of the machinery is good, and the factory acceptance work has been successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for subsequent packaging, shipping, and production.

The second-hand PE extrusion production line delivered this time has been fully refined and upgraded by our professional technical team. Replace all vulnerable parts with brand new ones, and perform in-depth maintenance on core components such as the main unit, water tank, traction, cutting, temperature control, and electrical control system to ensure that the second-hand machinery achieves operational accuracy and stability similar to the new machine.

The video connection was fully enabled during the entire machine test, allowing overseas customers to remotely and real-time watch the entire process of machinery operation. From device startup, pipe extrusion molding, speed adjustment to continuous operation testing of the whole machine, the machinery runs smoothly and stably.

After the remote acceptance was completed, overseas customers highly recognized and fully affirmed the effectiveness of this test run and our refurbishment process.
