Second-hand Mixer Renovation in Progress

Recently, Qingdao CENTRE Machinery Co., Ltd. has launched the renovation of mixing machines with standardized procedures for used plastic mixing machinery.

The complete renovation process consists of four steps. First, the whole machine is fully disassembled into all individual components. Second, metal parts are polished to remove rust and old paint layers. Third, all components are thoroughly inspected for wear, with damaged parts repaired or replaced. Finally, a two-coat anti-corrosion painting system is adopted: anti-rust primer is applied first to form an anti-corrosion base layer. After the primer is fully cured, industrial topcoat is sprayed as the protective surface layer to form an integrated double-layer protective coating system.

Unlike superficial simple repainting, our process guarantees both reliable mechanical performance and exterior protection. The renovated mixing machines feature stable operation and durable paint finish, winning wide recognition from clients in the plastics processing industry.
