Refurbished Second-hand WPC Profile Extrusion Line

Recently, Qingdao Centre Machinery Co., Ltd. has finished the full renovation of a second-hand PVC profile extrusion line. All renovation procedures follow international standards strictly and fully match the client’s demands. Once the renovation work wrapped up, we ran a no-load test of the line right in our workshop. The line ran steadily and hit all expected standards.

During the project, our professional technical team fully disassembled and inspected the whole production line. Worn transmission parts and outdated electrical control systems were replaced and upgraded one by one. We accurately calibrated the precision of frames and every unit, and finished derusting, polishing and anti-rust painting for the entire line. We delivered integrated renovation and upgrade covering mechanical frameworks and electric control systems, bringing the whole line back to excellent working status.

After all renovation steps passed internal acceptance, our workshop technicians carried out synchronous no-load trial operation of the full line. The main extruder, haul-off unit, cutting unit and other modules worked synchronously without shaking. All control commands responded quickly and precisely, and the no-load trial passed on the first try. Our team recorded full high-definition trial videos for file keeping.

We sent the complete trial videos to the overseas client for online checking. After watching the stable running state of the renovated line, the client highly recognized our delicate renovation workmanship and standardized commissioning process. Later, our workshop will speed up packaging and shipment of the line, and keep providing one-stop supporting services including remote installation guidance and after-sale online commissioning.
