Test Refurbished Plastic Extrusion Machinery Before Ship

Recently, Qingdao CENTRE Machinery Co., Ltd. Successfully test run of a fully refurbished second-hand PVC pipe extrusion line. The machine runs steadily with all finished pipe parameters fully up to standard.

We carried out comprehensive refurbishment and in-depth overhaul on the machine. The whole equipment was disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. The screw and barrel were polished and maintained, and all aging vulnerable parts of the haul-off, cutting machine and vacuum calibrator were replaced. Meanwhile, we optimized and adjusted the PVC production process according to the customer’s production requirements. 

The test run was conducted via online video call. Our overseas customer watched the entire production line operation in real time. The whole process, from feeding and extrusion molding to pipe cutting and collecting, was fully displayed, allowing the customer to confirm the product quality online.

After the remote inspection, the customer highly recognized our professional refurbishment technology and stable equipment performance, and completed online acceptance successfully.
