Shipment of Second-hand PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

Recently, the refurbished used PVC pipe extrusion line supplied by Qingdao CENTRE Machinery Co., Ltd. for the customer has finished full machine assembly, commissioning and factory acceptance, and been smoothly loaded and shipped. The equipment will be delivered to the customer soon and put into formal production.

The complete set of delivered equipment is mainly used for the automated production of PVC water supply and drainage pipes. Equipped with integrated core processes including extrusion, cooling, haul-off and cutting, the unit delivers stable operation and high automation, fully satisfying processing requirements for various scenarios such as municipal engineering and industrial pipe.

Throughout the project, the company enforced strict control over the whole workflow of component assembly, machine commissioning and performance testing, fully abiding by quality standards.
