Shipping Used PVC Pipe Extrusion Line | Ready-to-Run for Afghanistan

Today in the warehouse of Qingdao Centre Machinery Co., Ltd., workers were methodically carrying out packaging and shipping work. The equipment is a complete PVC extrusion production line, including motors, extruders, vacuum water tanks, feeders, traction machines, and cutting machines, among other supporting equipment. All have undergone comprehensive maintenance, performance testing, and thorough cleaning, and are in good overall condition, ensuring they are ready for immediate use upon delivery.

Before hoisting, workers first wrapped each individual piece of equipment (such as the main machine body, control electrical box, and independent hopper) as well as the neatly stacked accessory boxes with basic protection. High-strength industrial stretch film was used to wrap multiple layers around the bottom and key parts of the equipment, forming a stable protective layer, effectively preventing internal components from loosening, small parts from scattering, and surface scratches.

This set of equipment will be transported by a large truck to Qingdao Port and then shipped by sea to the customer in Afghanistan. We will provide comprehensive services to the customer. During the subsequent installation and commissioning process, we will offer remote guidance. If the customer has any questions, we will provide answers at any time.
