Second-hand PPR Pipe Machine Under Refurbishing

The refurbishment of a PPR pipe extrusion line for a Kazakhstan client is proceeding smoothly at our factory. The machinery is a second-hand line previously purchased by the client, and will be upgraded to meet their current needs for efficient production of high-quality PPR pipes.

The technical team has completed inspection of core components including the extruder, twin-pipe co-extrusion die, vacuum tank and traction cutting system. Worn parts are replacing brand new, followed by operation system debugging to ensure stable machinery performance.

Real-time updates are shared with the Kazakhstan client via video calls and photos throughout the process. Any adjustment requests are addressed promptly to ensure the final result fully meets expectations.
